Tragic Fatality Collision in Bryan County

On July 30, 2025, at approximately 8:54 PM, a devastating incident occurred at a private residence on N Oak St, approximately 8 miles south of Bennington in Bryan County, Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) responded to a collision that resulted in the death of an 18-month-old juvenile male from Stillwater, Oklahoma.

The collision involved a 2005 Peterbilt truck (Vehicle-1), driven by Alec Fuller, a 29-year-old white male from Stillwater, Oklahoma. According to the OHP report, the vehicle was improperly started in gear, causing it to lunge forward. Tragically, the front driver-side tire struck the juvenile pedestrian, who was pronounced deceased at the scene by Colbert EMS.
